EF5/CREST Demonstration in Pakistan

This page is a demonstration of the EF5/CREST hydrologic model (more info) developed at The University of Oklahoma in collaboration with NASA. The hydrologic model here is forced with NASA TRMM 3B42V7 real time precipitation with precipitation forecasts provided by the Global Forecast System. The hydrologic model is being run over the head waters of the Indus River in Pakistan. Calibration was done for the period from 2004-03-01 to 2012-01-01. Calibration and validation plots are provided at the bottom of this page.
